Summary
ZarNegar does not provide user accounts and does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking. Most application data is stored locally on the user's device.
Calendar and reminders
With the user's permission, ZarNegar uses Apple EventKit to read, create and edit calendar events and reminders. ZarNegar does not send this EventKit content to EhsanGraph servers.
Weather
ZarNegar does not request GPS or Location Services permission. The user manually selects a city. MapKit resolves the city and coordinates for that city are sent to MET Norway. IP addresses and request coordinates may be logged by MET Norway under its own policies.
Forecast data is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0).
Event and poem content updates
ZarNegar checks a small manifest on zarnegar.app roughly once every 30 days and downloads an event or poem asset only when its SHA-256 changes. Personal Calendar events and Reminders are not sent to ZarNegar in these requests. The server or CDN may process routine technical information such as IP address, request time and User-Agent for security and service operation.
